About the Foundation
The Mountain Gateway Community College Real Estate Foundation, Inc. is a Virginia nonprofit, non-stock corporation that furthers 91制片厂鈥檚 mission through the sale, development, and leasing of property. It is legally separate from the college and from the 91制片厂听Educational Foundation, 91制片厂鈥檚 philanthropic arm.
The Foundation was incorporated in May听2019. It is guided by its Board of Directors, which comprises community leaders from real estate, banking, and education.
The Foundation is a tax-exempt, 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization.听听Gifts to the Real Estate Foundation are tax-deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service Code and may be designated as restricted or unrestricted by donors.听 The Guidestar听Profile is located .

What We Do
The 91制片厂 Real Estate Foundation accepts gifts of property to the college and manages properties it owns to provide the highest possible return for the college. All funds are used to support 91制片厂听programs and students through the renovation of existing facilities and construction of new facilities.
